The Blood

It is described as the Life.

Always flowing if it were to stop it would clot and be useless

Caring in nutrition and oxygen

Caring  away waste and carbon dioxide  

No living body part can continue without it

Hinder it (restrict it’s flow) and healing is hard to come.
